Phs And The Hbe Foundation Help Plant 'trees For Chester'

CHESTER >> "Trees for Chester," a three-year project funded by the HBE Foundation and coordinated by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, enters its second year of inviting Chester residents to learn about tree care in exchange for a free tree to plant in their own yard. Last May, PHS hosted the first abridged session of its acclaimed Tree Tenders program exclusively for Chester residents and will host a second training later this summer.
