BUZZARDS BAY, Mass. — Massachusetts Environmental Police seized more than 330 pounds of striped bass after receiving complaints about fishermen exceeding catch limits.Police tell The Cape Cod Times (http://bit.ly/2xykQeY ) that five recreational fishermen at the Cape Cod Canal were given criminal summons Thursday after police found they fished over the limit.
