Ou Stadium Construction To Halt When Steel Manufacturer Posts Bond

A Cleveland County judge says construction on the stadium expansion must halt as soon as a Kansas steel manufacturer posts an injunction bond of $178,770. Attorneys for OU, construction project manager Flintco Inc. and W&W Steel had asked for a $35 million bond to cover damages the university says it will sustain if the stadium construction is delayed.
