OpenAI has requested the dismissal of Elon Musk’s federal lawsuit against the company, accusing it of being a harassment effort. The ChatGPT company filed a motion for dismissal before a California federal court on Tuesday (October 8) which is the latest in the back-and-forth between the founders. This all started when Elon Musk first sued OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman in Spring of this year accusing the company of deviating from their foundational mission of creating artificial intelligence to benefit humanity.
