Police are seeing a troubling trend. Last week’s shooting of a small child by another child playing with a gun is at least the third case of children being shot accidentally this year, according to Richmond County sheriff’s officials. “I can think of three (cases) in the past several months,” Maj. Steven Strickland said shortly after the incident.
