Bookmark or Share- View sent email - Microsoft SupportAfter you send an email message, you might want to find that email and resend it or forward it to someone else. Outlook stores your messages in the Sent Items folder. If you don't see the Sent Items folder, you may need to change your Outlook settings.
- Search and filter email - Microsoft SupportSearch is a powerful tool to help find email messages anywhere in Outlook. Search email. Select the search bar, located above the Outlook ribbon. Type a name, subject, or phrase which is included in the email message that you want to find. You can use quotation marks around a phase to search on words in that exact order. Refine your search results.

Email is automatically deleted from your Deleted Items folder after 30 days. Items removed from your Deleted Items folder are recoverable for 30 days. Junk email is retained for 10 days before it is automatically deleted.

- Change how you view your Outlook calendar - Microsoft SupportIn Outlook, you have the option to: Change view | Change to Monday start | Change work week | View two time zones. Note: Schedule view isn't available in new Outlook. Change to Day, Work Week, Week, or Month view. On the navigation bar, select Calendar. On the Home tab, select the view you want.
