Plus, we just had the Interview With the Vampire TV revival with almost the exact same premise as one of the rumored Blade scripts they threw away. Marvel should've never hired Ali if they didn't believe in his passion for the subject matter.

She seems to have put the brakes on her career in the last decade, so perhaps she's just a bit rusty. Lucanis is awesome.
