Bookmark or Share- Xbox Design Lab, "Unable to Place Order" - Microsoft CommunityHello, I'm trying to place an order for a custom controller on your Xbox Design Lab. I have the correct information put in for my shipping address, billing address, and payment card info. However it will not go through and all it tells me is, "Unable to Place Order", after I hit the BUY button after clicking the two boxes above it.
- Where is my Xbox design lab order confirmation? And when I contact ...I ordered a custom Xbox controller on Xbox design Lab 4 days ago. I didn't receive an email to confirm. I did screenshot the order number and it shows I used the right email was used. I checked my junk mail.

- Update on Design lab status 2024 - Microsoft CommunityAccording to the latest information, the Xbox Design Lab is still open and you can use the gift card obtained in the Xbox application to purchase the custom controller of the Design Lab. This means that you can use your gift card to purchase the Elite Controller or other custom controllers. I do not believe this is correct information.
