Bookmark or Share- Spam political text messages associated with WinRed : r/privacy - RedditWhen I go to the link to the WinRed site, beneath a bunch of drivel there is a campaign or PAC listed, though I can't tell if this is who the donation is supposed to go to or whether this is the organization that paid for the texts. Naturally, neither WinRed or any of these campaigns/PACs has a phone number listed.
- Does anyone know how to stop political text messages?Over the last few weeks, I have been bombarded by text messages from WinRed, the donation advertisement service of the Republican Party in the United States. I have replied STOP to several messages, and received confirmation, but they just use a different number each time.
- WinRed/RSLC Membership Texts : r/Scams - RedditWinRed is a scam. They create AI ads that VERY convincingly look like candidates, but the website has all the hallmarks of a scam website and at the bottom, it says " Paid for by WinRed. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.
