- Tuition - can you pay to go to a different Fcps school - DCUM WeblogOP - Looking near Chantilly and Centreville High School. Finding there are some nice neighborhoods near both schools but they are zoned for Fairfax High school which makes no sense. Looking at Neighborhoods off Stringfellow Road/ Clifton Road. The elementary schools are Colin Powell and Willow Springs.
- Familiar with Willow Point or The Cove condos in Falls Church?I used to live at Willow Point for seven years--sold when my son was an infant. LOVED living there but it really was not great for kids so we moved on. I will say that sound travels more than expected. I had lived in a number of apartments and I used to hear my neighbors ALOT in Willow Point.
- I'm embarrassed of my car - DCUM WeblogMimi, Zuzu, Jujube, Willow, Ernie, Horace, etc. Something that makes you smile. Maybe peruse some Dr. Seuss books for funny ideas. If it's green name it Sam-I-am or just Sam.
- [MD] Avenel home - what would living in this neighborhood be like?It's about as community-oriented as you'll get, for Potomac. That's not saying much -- you wrote your current neighborhood in Bethesda has good community so I'm guessing Ashburton or Bannockburn areas -- and it won't be like that.
