Why did Microsoft do this? Also, I have the phone app and it lets me log in with my personal email but it also does not remember my prior conversation (even though save conversations was enabled), the theme is all messed up, and again I can no longer choose the conversation style.
why have my folders in favorites gone from being YELLOW to clear ...
I hate it too makes me want to go to google chrome or firestorm some browser that is not visually difficult to see when you are going blind due to diabetes but microsoft is not gearing stuff to home users anymore only businesses that's why home users get brushed off they don't care about home computers only the big old money making companies ...
why did Microsoft rewards made such a terrible change to lower points ...
This is not an answer to the question. Everyone knows that the company's Terms and Conditions allow it do make such changes, but the question here is why they have done it. I mean, if the goal is to leave customers less engaged with Microsoft, then it is a legit move.
