In the "naval and negative" category, I have heard "whatever sinks your battleship," surely a reference to the game "Battleship." EDIT: On a lark, I checked Google for instances of "whatever floats your dingy" (using the homophone "dingy" instead of "dinghy," and found another 7,000-plus hits.

"Whatever it be" might have been the way to say it in Shakespeare's time. Nowadays you can say "whatever it may be". I probably wouldn't use "wish" without "I". I like sound shift's suggestion, "Whatever you decide, good luck!"
