on next Monday sounds incorrect. I can't think of a time to use it. usually we will either say "On Monday" or "Next Monday" but not "on next Monday". examples: My exam is on Monday. My exam is next Monday. First one means the exam is going to happen very soon. the second means it will happen a week from the upcoming Monday (usually).
