For example, you can quickly switch between day, week, or month views, or change your work week start day and time. You can also change your Outlook calendar’s font size and style, or choose a different background color.
- Turn on or off week numbers in month view and the Date NavigatorTo turn on and view week numbers: In the calendar, on the View tab, select Calendar settings. Select Calendar > View. Under Calendar appearance, select Show week numbers, then select Save. To view the week numbers, open your calendar, and on the ribbon select Month.
