Waverly Hills Sanatorium is a former tuberculosis sanatorium and a beautiful example of Tudor Gothic architecture. It is on the National Register of Historic Places. Today Waverly is visited by thousands of people each year in search of history, architecture and the paranormal. More @Wikipedia
