I would like to ask if there's a difference between warn against / warn about / warn of. I think that there is a subtle difference, here are the sentences and my interpretations of them. Let me know if I am correct, or not. 1) They warned us against driving that road. It seems like advice.

I'm trying to tell the difference between 'warn of' and 'warn about', but I'm not sure I understand it correctly. 2) The kids were warned of/about the dangers of the street. 2) The employees were warned about this company.
