- Port configuration test: Failed - TiVo Community ForumUnder Settings>Phone& Network>View network diagnostics, it shows that the Port configuration test failed. When I select Port configuration test from the menu it tells me "The DVR must connect to the TiVo service to receive the list of ports to test.
