Bookmark or Share- Cost of individual cocktails and drinks at the bar on a Viking Ocean ...The only information the ship is offering is the $300pp unlimited drink package. This is our first Viking cruise and I was interested in finding out whether it was worth the cost. Haven't been able to find any information of their website.

The cost of the SSBP is about US $20 pp/day. You will find Viking bar prices are also reasonable, please see the attached wine list and bar menu, which are a few years old, so prices may have increased slightly.
- Strategy for booking excursions - Viking Ocean - Cruise CriticAt 3:00 a.m. (east coast U. S. time) I clicked on the Viking Ocean site and it opened up at 3:02. I choose my four optional tours and one included tour (same day as half day optional tour) and paid via credit card. I then reentered the Viking site and selected my additional seven included tours. I was able to obtain all of my first choices.
- Where to get a "promotional code" for Viking OceanExpand. Promo codes usually come in emails from Viking and the thread noted above is the only place I am aware that collects them. It's proved helpful to me and others. It appears to me that Viking offers promo codes when a particular cruise hasn't sold as expected. Timing for this is difficult (impossible) to predict.
