- Perazzi TMX Choke Tubes - Trapshooters ForumPerazzi TMX Choke Tubes. I have been shooting a Perazzi TMX for the past few months. The barrel is stamped saying it is an 18.4 bore size. The only choke tube I got with the gun was an Extra Full. So while it’s cool to watch the clay’s disappear from the 22 yard line. At the 16 I believe it is actually costing me some targets.

I have seen guns marked TMX Special as well as guns marked TMX. My understanding is the TMX Special was made after Perazzi started using modern CNC type machinery well before my gun was manufactured.

Firstly, these guns are old and obsolete, but a helluva shooting gun. I earned my way to the 27 with one many years ago. Unfortunately, parts for these guns are almost totally unavailable.
