Nothing is stated on how to achieve this so we don’t end up tying for voting in a replacement member. Can we have a “junior” member abstain making it a vote of 5. (I understand this was done years ago before I was on the board). Can we ask our Secretary to vote as she is “ex officio”. (We have never used the Secretary to vote before). More @Wikipedia
