- Thermoworks Smoke Probe Issues | THE BBQ BRETHREN FORUMSI have a Thermoworks Smoke unit. Bought it in Dec 2018. Limited use. This August I had a Meat Probe go bad, stopped working. Thermoworks sent me another one and I have only used it 6 times. Now today I went to use it again and its not working. Both of the probes have very little use at low temps. Air temp probe works fine.

- Advice on Thermoworks Billows fan - THE BBQ BRETHREN FORUMSThermoworks was awesome and sent me a new one, along with a new cable, and now its been working very well for the last month of so. As others have said Signals can be a bit of a pain when it comes to transmitting the signal to the app, but the base unit still keeps temps just fine.
