Bookmark or Share- Share your documents - Microsoft SupportYou can share your documents for free using Microsoft 365, regardless of whether you or the recipient have a subscription or a Microsoft account. The act of sharing maybe successful, however, the recipient may not be able to open the file because of the Sensitivity label on it.
- See files others have shared with you - Microsoft SupportSee files others have shared with you. Sometimes you need to find a file someone has shared with you. Files can be shared using the sharing dialog, attaching a file or sharable link in email, sending a link in Teams, or other experiences.
- Get notified when members of your team update your shared file ...If you share a slide deck in PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 or PowerPoint for the web, and other people make changes to the file, you'll be notified with a small banner that lets you know who has made changes to your presentation while you were away.
- Track changes in Word - Microsoft SupportTurn Track Changes on and off. Go to Review > Track Changes. When Track Changes is on, the section is highlighted. Deletions are marked with a strikethrough, and additions are marked with an underline. Different authors' changes are indicated with different colors.
- Open file links directly in Office desktop apps - Microsoft SupportThis feature works for links to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files, stored on OneDrive or SharePoint, that you click in Word, Excel, Outlook, or PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 on Windows or Mac. Once a user turns this feature on, it will apply to all three apps - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
