Bookmark or Share- league of legends run lagging on high end pc (Solution)I got pretty good PC that should be able to run league with no problems, and I also had a lot of trouble with DX11 for some reason, and only in league. Weird bugs with screen flickering in game, and sometimes league freezes my entire pc in loading screen. DX9 works fine though. Latest version drivers. No any problems in other games. This is weird
- Riot client not launching : r/riotgames - RedditI've had this happen to me a bunch now. Symptoms included the riot client not seeing the LoL app at all. R-click the Riot client in the systems tray and the League icon shows, but the word League of Legends is missing and it's not launchable from the Riot client (which also prevents the LoL shortcut from working properly).
- FOUND A FIX for the critical error crash (so far so good ... - RedditIn the League client click the settings icon -> General -> set Close client during game to ALWAYS In the League client click the settings icon -> Game -> select "Prefer DX9 Legacy Mode" Note: My game kept crashing once per game even after I did just Step 1 and Step 2 above.
- Riot Vanguard isn't working for me and I can't run League.To fix it: Go to Riot games folder, then League of legends folder and inside you see 3 league of legends applications: LeagueClient, LeagueClientUx and LeagueClientUxRender. Right click each of them, afte click on troubleshoot compatibility, do the recommended settings, test, next, save. for the 3 application files.
