Christmas Day, the week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
- Become a Homecare Professional - The Independence CenterThe Independence Center can train new caregivers who are starting their career in the home health field.
- Deaf & Hard of Hearing - The Independence CenterThe Independence Center’s Deaf & Hard of Hearing program works with individuals to set individual goals, participate in self- and systems-advocacy, and live independent lives. We offer one-on-one appointments with our Deaf & Hard of Hearing specialists who will provide resources and guidance.
- Skills Classes - The Independence CenterIf you’d like to attend a class for the first time and haven’t received services through The Independence Center before, please make an appointment with our Living Skills Specialist by calling 719-471-8181. We will walk you through a “getting to know us” process, complete some enrollment paperwork, and show you where classes will be held.
