- Outlook calendar invite goes straight to calendar, no email recieved ...I have a user who is receiving calendar invites but no email notification IE: we send him a calendar invite and instead of receiving an email to accept/decline, it goes straight to his calendar. - What is tentative in Outlook - Software - Spiceworks CommunityTentative is simply a means of communicating that your “intent” is to be in the meeting. It places it in your calendar and shows in your free/busy checks that you intend to be in the meeting, but leaves the door open (so-to-speak) that you may not for some pending reason.
- O365 -How to stop meeting requests appearing in delegate's calander as ...This isn't replying to the sender, its just putting the meeting in a calendar as a "tentative meeting request". The problem with this is that booking tools will get clogged up with these tentative requests from other sources and if you receive a meeting request that is set to span a whole day it knocks out the entire day from booking availability.

What I don’t understand is why, when the delegate approves it, the meeting still shows as tentative even when all others have accepted.) We haven’t seen the attendant block any conflicts even though the Calendar Processing seem to indicate that this should be denied.
