Bookmark or Share- Crestline tandem? any good, good deal? - Bike ForumsSo I noticed an ad on my local craigslist for a Crestline tandem for $150 This seems like a pretty good price for any tandem really, but I thought I'd ask some people here. It looks to be an older model, with a 5 speed rear wheel, nothing terribly modern, but it seems like it would be a good start for my girlfriend and me.
- Bike Forums - How to remove C'dale eccentric bottom bracket?My 2007 Cannondale Tandem has the "double-wedge" eccentric, which I am almost certain you will have. As designed by Cannondale, tightening the hex head cap screw, opposite the timing chain side, will tighten both wedges at the same time. A very secure design. The rub is when you want to loosen both wedges to adjust or remove the eccentric.
