In other cases, USA was used in a company name (e.g. T-Mobile USA), an organisation name (e.g. Doctors Without Borders USA), or the name of a festival (e.g. Folkmoot USA Festival). I have also found sentences similarly to the following in used by the USA Today , when I guess they short USA Today with USA . More @Wikipedia
