Bookmark or Share- How do you setup eSIM in Microsoft Surface Duo (the first Duo)?Please note that Surface Duo AT&T devices are not capable of using eSIM, even after being unlocked. Non-AT&T (Factory Unlocked) Surface Duo devices are capable of using eSIM. Hi All: You are correct in that for Gen 1 Microsoft Surface duo phone which originally had AT&T as the service provider, eSIM will not work.
- Surface Duo Screen Flickers - Microsoft CommunityI bought my surface duo less than a month ago, and today the right-hand screen started flicker green. I turned the display brightness down and the entire right screen blinks screen. When I turn the brightness up to 100%, the fllicker slowly subsites, but then there is a green translucent coloring at the bottom quarter of the righthand screen.

Yes, no question it works on T-Mobile, which uses an open Wi-Fi calling model, so as long as the phone supports it (as the Duo does), T-Mobile does too. AT&T also works with the original locked-to-AT&T version. Verizon doesn't currently work. This is on Verizon to fix.
