We haven’t had anything major health wise, but found it to be painless for primary care visits and some specialist visits.

Many diagnosis tests are just always free. - (may employer dependent) free online dr on demand care is nice, though has the same common limitation of any online care.

You can choose to go to anyone in network, but some providers and/or hospital systems are going to cost you a higher copay. As the title says, I recently went to a specialist I located on the Surest app. The co-pay for my member account (and the exam) was listed as $15. I called them up and they confirmed they were in-network with Surest/United Healthcare Choice Plus network so I scheduled the appointment.
