Bookmark or Share- Using modern comments in Word - Microsoft SupportModern comments aligns the commenting experience across Word platforms and other Office apps, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Two ways to view comments. When you add a comment in Word, you'll see it appear in the right margin as close to the insertion point in the text as possible. In this view, all active comments are visible in context.
- Accept or reject tracked changes in Word - Microsoft SupportBefore you share your document, remove any markup by accepting or rejecting tracked changes and deleting comments. Important: To remove tracked changes, you must accept or reject them. To remove comments, you must delete them. Choosing the No Markup view only temporarily hides changes and comments.

Deletions are marked with a strikethrough, and additions are marked with an underline. Different authors' changes are indicated with different colors. When Track Changes is off, the section is not highlighted.
