Bookmark or Share- Repair Library (in storage) / verify all games brokenTo 'detect' a library you literally just add a Steam library folder as library. It takes all of 5 seconds, instantly detects and 'repairs' all the games. Again I have added the several hundred games, spanning 6 drives, over a dozen steam reinstalls and this process takes all of 2 minutes to do for each OS reinstall.
- How to add a specific Steam Library folder (2023 UI)"The Steam client will not allow more than one library folder from the same drive. This process cannot work around that restriction. Go to (1) Steam > (2) Settings > (3) Storage (4) Click on the (+) symbol on the far right to add a new Steam Library Folder. { * } (5) Click on the list of drives to open the menu of available locations.
- Paid for game but it's not in my library :: Help and Tips - Steam CommunitySailaway is still not in my library. Steam Support asked ME for a screen capture of my library which I did send them. I don't understand why they would ask a customer to show them what's in their Steam Library. They should be able to look at my account and see what's in my library and what they did not deliver after the purchase.
- "Hide this game" option in Steam Library. What does it exactly do?The hide option always was there. In the old UI it was in the categories screen. All it does is make your game hidden in your library, so you don't see it immediately (which is neat for organising). You can view your hidden games through View --> Hidden Games.
- SOLVED: Games not showing in library :: Help and Tips - Steam CommunityIn Steam library how it function now, if you have recent games icon enable it only show games in recent added or last played in order, uncheck the recent button icon that left top area, as don't want it lit to see all games, also unlit the ready to play icon next to it as well as that for showing installed games only.
