If Office 365 in any component > Help > Contact Support. Any Key is product specific, a pre-installed 365 on a new PC is Office 365 Family. The stacksocial site is not easy to navigate any app sold for so much less than the retail price has to be suspect.

I tried to order Office 2021 from StackSocial.com (they state that they are a Microsoft partner). When I clicked the "Redemption Link", I was redirected to the a Microsoft website where I could then enter the License Code that StackSocial provided.

Neither key worked. Both used by someone else. I am asking Microsoft to provide the 2 keys as a replacement. StackSocial has no live customer service agents and has sent me irrelevant replies.
