Bookmark or Share- TEXT function - Microsoft SupportExcel is trained to look for numbers being entered in cells, not numbers that look like text, like part numbers or SKU's. To retain leading zeros, format the input range as Text before you paste or enter values.

You can format a cell so that text wraps automatically. Select the cells. On the Home tab, click Wrap Text. The text in the selected cell wraps to fit the column width.
