I say ''saltwater'' because it is also influenced by the release of freshwater and numerous canals that run into it. Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.
- River/Stream/Spillway Recomendations | Ohio Game FishingSome of my favorite spillways are Pleasant Hill, Charles Mill and Wills Creek in Coshocton. All offer pretty good fishing for Saugeye with jig and twister tails, jerk baits and small crankbaits. Pleasant Hill has good fishing below the spillway on the Clearfork river for everything from saugeye to trout to bass.
- West branch spillway - Ohio Game FishingI have caught several walleyes and small crappie, also lost a nice musky about 35" that bit me off. I saw a 28" walleye and another nice musky caught, but that is over probably 15 trips over the past 10-15 years.

- Ceasers creek spillway? - Ohio Game FishingFor me that spillway is tough for numbers of decent fish. Like most spillways it is a snag fest but a 3" curly tail on a 1/16 or 1/8 oz head os always a good choice. In clear water don't hesitate to use a clear lime or pearl tail if dirtier white, pink and white or even orange can produce.
