- Space Grey Durability (discoloration, scratches, etc) - What’s been ...My 2016 MBP is Space Gray and it has held up pretty well over the years. Aside from the typical usage (minor scratches, bumps, palm rest/touchpad/keyboard wear, it's not that bad. That said, I'm sick of this color and probably won't get another device with it.

- How easily does the space black/space gray paint come off?I think you will be alright; you just have to be a little more careful with wearing jewelry (watch bands, bracelets) as this will scratch off the anodized surface, leading to the silver underneath being exposed. I doubt it will wear with just skin contact. This will happen to Space Gray as well, it just shows more easily with the new Space Black.
