Bookmark or Share- Explode or expand a pie chart - Microsoft SupportTo make parts of a pie chart stand out without changing the underlying data, you can pull out an individual slice, pull the whole pie apart, or enlarge or stack whole sections by using a pie or bar of pie chart. To emphasize an individual slice of a pie chart, you can move it back from the rest of the pie chart by doing the following:
- Crop a picture to fit in a shape - Microsoft SupportTo change the filled shape's dimensions while maintaining its basic format, select it and drag any of the sizing handles. If your picture is skewed, cut off, or doesn't fill the shape the way you want, you can fine-tune it with the Fit and Fill tools on the Crop menu. Select the shape that you want to edit in your Microsoft 365 file.
- Change the column width or row height in Excel - Microsoft SupportOn the Home tab, select Format > Row Width (or Row Height). Type the row width and select OK. Select a column or a range of columns. On the Home tab, select Format > Column Width (or Column Height). Type the column width and select OK. Automatically resize all columns and rows to fit the data.
- Add a data series to your chart - Microsoft SupportOn the worksheet, drag the sizing handles to include the new data. The chart is updated automatically and shows the new data series you added. If your chart is on a separate chart sheet, dragging might not be the best way to add a new data series.
- Resize a table by adding or removing rows and columnsYou can use the Resize command in Excel to add rows and columns to a table: Click anywhere in the table, and the Table Tools option appears. Click Design > Resize Table. Select the entire range of cells you want your table to include, starting with the upper-leftmost cell. In the example shown below, the original table covers the range A1:C5.
