Bookmark or Share- Accept or reject tracked changes in Word - Microsoft SupportBefore you share your document, remove any markup by accepting or rejecting tracked changes and deleting comments. Important: To remove tracked changes, you must accept or reject them. To remove comments, you must delete them. Choosing the No Markup view only temporarily hides changes and comments.
