Bookmark or Share- SENTRI approvals (passport, photo, expired, information) - Travel ...I had my Sentri appointment today, and if my fingerprints come back clean (I expect they will), I'll be good to go. They took a photo and fingerprints, scanned my passport, asked me my address and phone number. It all took about 10 minutes. My husband straightened out his account, but STILL hasn't been approved, 8 months after applying.
- Supra box doesn't work for other cities (agents, Realtor, listing ...When agents from the SENTRI-lock board show homes in the SUPRA area the protocol is to pick up a key from the listing broker's office and then return it, afterwards. The real fun is when a SUPRA agent takes a listing in the Sentri-lock area. This can, in some instances, entail an 80-100 mile round trip to pick up and return a key.
- Should we consider San Diego and TJ as one major metro? (buy, new ...Considering how much international trade contributes to the regional economy and how those types of jobs tend to pay much better than tourism related job, yes I think Tijuana's impact can easily be just as big as tourist's from LA and Arizona.
- Lockboxes!!?? (agents, listing, sellers, MLS) - Real Estate ...Sentri allows one-day codes and Supra does not. The Portland agents that come down to Salem complain that we are backwards, but giving out a one day code to a random person over the phone doesn't feel secure to me.
- Condo Towers Popping Up All Over TJ, Who's Buying Them, San Diegoans ...I just saw a recent video of TJ with all those new high rise condo towers being erected all over the city, even 3 high rises on Revolution Ave.
