- Change send/receive group settings - Microsoft SupportChange your send/receive settings. Select Send/Receive > Send/Receive Groups > Define Send/Receive Groups. Select the group you want to change. If you only want to send and receive mail when you press F9, clear the first Schedule an automatic send/receive every n minutes option.
- Propose a new meeting time in Outlook - Microsoft SupportSelect Propose new time, then select I might attend or No, I won't attend. Select a different time slot to propose, then choose Done. Under Propose new time, add a message if you like. Select Send. Learn how to propose a new time for a meeting with Outlook.
- Delay or schedule sending email messages in OutlookWhile composing a message, select the dropdown next to Send and select Schedule send. Select one of the default options, then select Send or choose a custom time and then select Send. After you select Send, the message remains in the Draft folder until the delivery time.
- Send automatic replies (out of office) from OutlookSelect Accounts > Automatic Replies. Select the Turn on automatic replies toggle. Select Send replies only during a time period, and then enter start and end times. Under Send automatic replies inside your organization, enter the message to send while you're away.
