Jarrod Saltalamacchia on Monday announced his retirement after a 12-year MLB career, according to a report from MLB Network insider Ken Rosenthal. Saltalamacchia was best known for helping the Red Sox win the 2013 World Series as their primary catcher for that season. More @Wikipedia
