- RSI Smart Cap - Tacoma WorldAs for the aesthetics between RLD and RSI, I think the RSI cap takes it... IMO. I feel like the RLD looks too much like a contractors cap, vs the "overland" look of the RSI. Very similar, but different in a few key ways. I appreciate the point about the RSI seals. I can see that being an eventual problem. However, I like the modular aspect of it.
- RSI vs RLD vs Alu-Cab guys. Please weigh in on your experiencesThe RSI cap seems to also use a similar D-rubber for the canopy to bed interface. I haven't experienced any leaks from the canopy itself, I did have to do some more plugging of the front header to side rail interface after the first rain.
- RSI Smart Cap Issues - Tacoma WorldRSI has a few different key/lock codes and rather than sending the code I had, they sent 6 with a different code. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem as the swap is basically just one screw. However, the locks I received had a different bracket and hardware than what initially came on my Smart Cap.

Got a 2014 Spruce Mica last year, and knew I wanted an rsi Smartcap for it, but didn’t know they only made them for 3rd gen — good news is that they came out with 2nd gen recently, and got mine installed yesterday! Went with the EVO a model (no windows on the sides) and WOW!
