High acidity that I crave with nice lemon, citrusy, green apple on the palate. It’s not going to blow your mind, but on a hot summer day, nice to have a crisp/refreshing glass. My score:88. For sweet Riesling – besides Egon Müller – JJ Prüm is the biggest name in the game. I picked up a 2003 Zilliken Ockfener Bockstein Spatlese just before covid for about 18 quid, found it in the wine rack the other day, and it was insanely good.
