Bookmark or Share- What’s the point of All Day Mode for pulse ox? - Garmin ForumsTo my knowledge, pulse-ox data isn't currently utilized by anything Firstbeat related, Body Battery, Training Status, Acclim, etc. Garmin's sleep tracking/interpretation analytics are not provided by Firstbeat, so I don't actually know whether or not they are utilizing that data in their sleep analysis. Has not recorded since then even though the Sleep Tracking option is on under the Pulse Ox menu. The Vivosmart 4 is worn above the wrist bone and is fully charged as instructed in the app.

Mistake may have been only going to a GP for this and not an endocrinologist. Bought my watch about a month ago. My pulse ox during sleep regularly drops to 77-80 - with an average of 90.

But you can log into Garmin Connect in your laptop , after synchronizing, the sleep report when viewed with Pulse Ox and Body Movement button selected, will show the SpO2 levels over the hours you sleep .

I have a finger pulse ox I use to use, but now after testing this one very often and looking at the history, I don't need my finger one anymore. This is within 1 to 2% of a dedicated pulse ox. I'm actually very impressed. I wear it on my left wrist, snug, not tight.
