Bookmark or Share- Remington 11-87 not firing ** Pics added (pic heavy)It is all the way forward. If you tighten up the forearm as tight as possible, the hammer won't drop when you pull the trigger. A few bumps with your hand on the receiver and it will eventually drop when the trigger is pulled. But it still doesn't touch the firing pin or assembly. Something is binding up.
- need help on Honda BF25a wont go into forward - GON ForumWell after a bunch of ridiculous useless trips to the parts store the part they reordered was the wrong one the first on they ordered was the one for my engine....Honda apparently made a mistake when drilling the hole for the roller pin.So I fixed it matthew style..I heated it and gently forged it with a auto body hammer till the hole closed it down to 5 thousands smaller than the pin it self ...
- Remington 700 trigger pull - GON ForumMy .30-06 has a factory trigger setting at around 5.5 - 6 pounds and wonder if it can be adjusted by a gunsmith to around 2.5 - 3 pounds without affecting the safety from not staying engaged. My rifle was made in 1973 and I have shot thousands of rounds without any malfunction with the trigger...
- New frontier lower/trigger swap? - GON ForumBefore you "pull the trigger" on buying new parts--The NF lowers I've seen have a proprietary polymer hammer (Accutrigger?) that (to casual perusal) looked a bit different from run o' the mill AR hammers. The rest of the fire control bits are polymer, also, so you may need to replace the entire set--hammer, sear, disconnector, trigger.
- Anybody got a good Brunswick Stew recipe they'd share?Tip an ole stew pro told me years ago, never grind your meat, cook and pull it apart. I use pork, beef, and chicken for meats, I like to smoke the pork and beef first. Boil the chicken use heavy hens and keep the juices.
