Print a document in Word - Microsoft Support
Select File > Print. To preview each page, select the forward and backward arrows at the bottom of the page. If the text is too small to read, use the zoom slider at the bottom of the page to enlarge it. Choose the number of copies, and any other options you want, and select the Print button.
Create a sheet of nametags or address labels - Microsoft Support
Go to File > Print and select the Print button. You can save the document for future use. Word opens a new document that contains a table with dimensions that match that label product. Word for the web doesn't support directly creating labels. However you can create labels from a template.
