But premier elements is still unable to import an HEVC format media file. The Premiere elements 2021 is version 19.0. The files work fine in the Films & Tv and Photos apps. With the new versions of Premiere Elements, you can use an adjustment layer for the LUT Buddy plug-in and set the opacity of the Adjustment Layer to modify the strength. I found that .3DL lut files from Adobe Photoshop work okay, but .cube files don't.
