From my call into Roku the other day, I received a follow-up email from their customer support yesterday. It said to respond within 3 days or it will be marked solved. I responded within 3 minutes with our concerns and a link to this community post.

- Pluto TV exits to main menu when switching channelsLately, if I am in the Pluto TV channel watching something like "This Old House", and switch to another channel like "America's Test Kitchen", I am throw out of Pluto TV to the main Roku menu screen. This has just started to happen in the last couple of weeks. I have been watching Pluto TV for years and never experienced this before.
- Solved: Playback issues with Pluto TV. - Roku CommunitySelect Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart. Reinstall the channel: navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press Add channel. After doing so, kindly highlight the channel tile of Pluto TV and press the start (*) button on your remote to update the app.
