How to find and enable missing Copilot button in Microsoft 365 apps
There are two settings here that can cause Copilot to not appear in your Microsoft 365 apps. First confirm that Experiences that analyze your content is turned on. Then scroll down and make sure that All connected experiences is turned on.
Configure headers and footers for different sections of a document ...
Click or tap the page at the beginning of a section. Select Layout > Breaks > Next Page. Double-click the header or footer on the first page of the new section. Click Link to Previous to turn it off and unlink the header or footer from the previous section. Note: Headers and footers are linked separately.
Recover an earlier version of a Word file - Microsoft Support
How you recover something depends on when you saved it. Open the file you were working on. Select File > Info. Under Manage Documents, select the file labeled (when I closed without saving). In the bar at the top of the file, select Restore to overwrite any previously saved versions.
Control the formatting when you paste text - Microsoft Support
By default, Word preserves the original formatting when you paste content into a document using Ctrl + V, the Paste button, or right-click + Paste. To change the default, follow these steps. Go to File > Options > Advanced. Under Cut, copy, and paste, select the down arrow for the setting to change.
Group shapes, pictures, or other objects in Word
Grouping lets you rotate, flip, move, or resize multiple shapes or objects as though they're a single shape or object. Press and hold CTRL and select shapes, pictures, or other objects to group. The Wrap Text option for each object must be other than In line with Text. For more info, see Wrap Text.
