Bookmark or Share- Cancel your free trial of Microsoft 365 FamilyUnder your Microsoft 365 subscription, look for the Expires on date or a Cancel link as described below. If you don't see a Cancel link, and you see Paid with and None, your trial will end on the Expires on date. You don't need to cancel because no future payments will be made.
- A subscription notice appears when I open a Microsoft 365 applicationYou might see a yellow warning bar across the top of the application with the following message: "ACCOUNT NOTICE. We've run into a problem with your Microsoft 365 subscription and need your help to fix it.”. This message is often triggered by a problem with your Microsoft 365 subscription payment.
- Office transition to Microsoft 365The Office app for Windows 10 and 11 became the Microsoft 365 app. The Office app for mobile became the Microsoft 365 mobile app. Anyone who had been using the free apps, including Word for the web, Excel for the web, and PowerPoint for the web, can still use them or upgrade to a paid subscription at any time.

- View, manage, and install add-ins for Excel, PowerPoint, and Word ...Select File > Get Add-ins. Alternatively, you can also view your add-ins directly from the Home tab by selecting Add-ins. You can directly install add-ins from this page or select More Add-ins to explore. In the Office Add-ins dialog, select My Add-ins tab.
