- Query: Otis Redding - JPN 20P2 cds (sound quality)That might be a good reason to get a couple of these, like Otis Blue, Complete and Unbelievable: The Otis Redding Dictionary of Soul, The Dock of the Bay, etc. But perhaps the sound quality isn't so good to justify getting them over a stereo comp like Barry's Ultimate or the 3 disc Otis Redding Story.

- Otis Redding Dock of the Bay AP Atlantic 75 help?The Dock of the Bay, Otis Redding - Qobuz I'd argue there's absolutely nothing wrong with the stereo mix of the title track. Ideally any reissue would use mono instead of fake stereo, but I'm guessing the new LP just uses the stereo masters as-is, since it wouldn't be possible to cut from multiple tapes in real-time.
- Who is the woman featured on the cover of Otis Reddings' the soul album ...Interesting that in 1965 it was deemed to be more safe and/or commercial to have a white woman on the cover of Otis Blue, but in 1966 times were getting more open-minded and a black model was considered to be okay for The Soul Album.
